6PM Buffalo Cookout with Humanities Nebraska Program.  “History of Trick Roping and Wild West Shows” by Joan Wells.  Joan Wells uses the vanishing folk art of trick roping to bring the color and history of the Old West alive.

Located at the Buffalo Cookout Pavilion.  Cookout meal will start serving at 6 pm with entertainment to follow immediately after serving meal.  Reservations are required and must be made by noon on the date of the cookout.  Adults (13 & older) $15 and Children $12.
